Leanne Hosler, Franchisee at COBS Clayton Crossing (Surrey, BC)
Leanne and her husband purchased COBS Clayton Crossing (a previously franchised bakery) in August 2010. Leanne had a wealth of sales and management experience but no previous baking experience. By the end of her 16-week training program she felt confident at the end of every baking shift.
Leanne brought the heart back to COBS Clayton Crossing. She has succeeded in reenergizing her staff and uniting her sales and baking teams to work towards a common goal.
